Another year is over but there is no such sign around to assure us that the property market is going to improve in 2012. If repossession rate continues to rise high then 2012 is going to be the year of the property buyers.
Nobody wants to lose their property to the lenders and want it to be on auction. If your lender repossesses your house they would sell it on property auction. Chances are low that they would get good price because properties hardly get sold for market value in the auctions.
