Easy to Drive Medium Duty Trucks for Sale
Saturday, January 28th, 2012
The subject of medium duty trucks for sale can be a confusing point, because the definition of medium is somewhat subjective. For the purpose of this article, we are going to exclude heavy semi tractors from the conversation. Although you can browse for this type of truck at the website, we want to focus on something slightly different for this piece. To be clear, we are not talking about a tractor trailer that might weigh eighty thousand pounds or more. Instead, we will define medium duty trucks for sale as those similar to what you might see at a local rental shop. These are typically box trucks, some of which have an automatic transmission, that might measure perhaps twenty feet or so in length. They can be perfect for medium duty tasks like deliveries and hauling furniture within moving services. They are typically fairly easy for a good driver to handle and manage, even in city traffic.

New Apartment and Old Mazda B Series
Wednesday, November 2nd, 2011
I’m going to college this coming semester. I decided to take up business management since I’ll be helping my parents manage our family business after my college graduation. We have a furniture company which they started when I was still a kid. They used to sell only few items and were able to grow the business throughout the years. We already found an apartment near the university where I will go to. It’s fully furnished and my parents paid for the one month deposit and advance. I’ll be moving there next week. My dad also gave me the key of our Mazda B Series . He said that I could use it when I move out. The B Series was the first pickup truck that my dad bought. But it still looks good because it’s well maintained and we seldom use it since we usually use the new models that dad bought. I already started to pack my things and I’m so excited to try living on my own.

The Plastic Truck Bed Liner
Monday, October 24th, 2011
Why not just get a spray on bed liner and forget the lesser options like the plastic truck bed liner? There are a few reasons not to do that? After all, spray in liner are a permanent coating. Maybe you are not like me, but sometimes it is nice to have the option to back out on some things. A permanent liner removes that option of changing one’s mind. On top of that the spray liners make removal of most of the original bed paint standard procedure. That really seems like a bad idea after the manufacrurere went to all the trouble of putting the paint there in the first place. You have to hope the liner paint works because your original bed has been seriously altered. Certainly the drop in liners put one in the position of being able to change liners out quite easily. Just make sure you get a liner that fits properly though since poor fitting liners are the cause of all kinds of problems, some of which are likley to wreck a truck bed.

Chevy Became a Hit After the War Years
Thursday, May 5th, 2011
During the War years even big brands like Chevrolet were hit by streamlining. Raw materials had to be conserved especially as nobody knew how long the War was going to last. But when peace came in 1945, American car production went into overdrive. There was huge competition between brands like Chevy and Chrysler for domination in a market that was growing every day. The new found post war prosperity meant that more people could afford a motor vehicle and those that did buy wanted to buy bigger and better than their friends. They could spend the weekend making sure their Chevy parts were clean as a whistle so they could impress their girl as well as their mates on Saturday night. The cars were affordable but stylish at least until the designers started messing too much with the popular designs and ended up turning the hip and trendy model into something fit for those in middle age.

The Alternative to the Ford Transit Van
Tuesday, March 29th, 2011
The Prestigious Ford transit has been crowned the Van to have for many a year due to it’s reliability, spacious room and cost of running, this until recently made it a clear choice for courier and workers to buy until Vauxhall released the Vivaro is high hopes to knock the transit out of the Van limelight.

The Vivaro with its curvaceous designs hides the fact your basically driving a large steel box on wheels which means it’s a hands down winner when it comes to the design.
Vauxhalls new masterpiece looks to over throw the transit with its competitive price, it’s wide spacious hull and best of all its fuel consumption which in the long term will save the buyer money on the purchase rather than buying a transit within a year.
If it’s approaching that time when your old van needs changing why not you opt for the alternative route and rent or purchase a Vauxhall Vivaro you never know you may prefer it and not to mention the small fortune you will save on fuel.

Options for the Self Mover
Thursday, January 27th, 2011
Many people are choosing to move themselves rather than pay expensive removal companies. There are many options available to the self mover such as hiring vans and trucks and even moving equipment. There are companies that specialize in supplying the equipment that is required to successfully move furniture and possessions to a new house.
Vehicle Options
There are a number of different vehicle options available to those who wish to move themselves. Most car companies will offer large van rentals for both short-term and long-term use. A large van can accommodate numerous boxes and small pieces of furniture. Vans come in a variety of sizes and cargo areas and it is best to do your research to make sure you end up with a vehicle that will suit your purpose. You may even be able to consider commercial van rental particularly if your employer is willing to pay your moving costs. Many car rental companies provide discounts to commercial users and your employer may choose to go down this path rather than pay expensive removal costs.
Another option is to hire a small moving truck. Most car rental companies now have a variety of these on hand for customers who wish to use them. You do need to be aware that a special license is required for driving any type of truck and you need to be informed of this stipulation before renting a vehicle.
You may also wish to hire a utility trailer particularly if you’re only just moving around the corner. These can be hired from our companies and gas stations fairly simply. They only require that your car has a purple which the utility trailer can be hitched to. This requires no special license and is a great option for short distance moving.
With all vehicles that you hire it is advantageous to ask about any extra moving supplies the company may be able to offer you. Some companies will supply you with moving boxes whilst others may enable you to hire trolleys and straps to allow the easy and safe removal of your possessions.
